Weight Loss Progression

Post baby, starting from scratch, weight loss recording! See below if you want to see what happened before I ended up barefoot and pregnant!

7/14/14 – 230lbs – Starting point
7/21/14 – 230lbs – yep still the same… time to focus on nutrition!!
7/28/14 – 230lbs – Holding steady!
8/4/14 – 230lbs – hmmm.. At least I’m maintaining like a champ!
8/11/14 – 227.8 – down 2.2lbs – WOOHOO!
8/18/14 – 230lbs – up 2.2lbs
8/25/14 – 229.4lbs – down .6lbs
9/1/14 – 228.5lbs -down .9lbs
9/8/14 – 226.8 – down 1.7lbs
9/15/14 – 230 – up 3.2 lbs
9/22/14 -230 – even
9/26/14 -230 – even — I cant seem to break the 230 barrier!! Once I move maybe…

1/27/2013 – 223.6 lbs – down 1.4 lbs – total loss 6.4 lbs
2/3/2013 – 222 lbs – down 1.6 lbs – total loss 8 lbs
2/10/2013 – 222.2 lbs – up .2 lbs – total loss 7.8 lbs
2/17/2013 – 220.6 lbs – down 1.6 lbs – total loss 9.4 lbs
2/24/2013 – 219.6 lbs – down 1 lb – total loss 10.4 lbs
3/4/2013 – 217 lbs – down 2.6 lbs – total loss 13 lbs
3/10/2013 -217.2 lbs – up .2 lbs – total loss 12.8 lbs
3/17/2013 – 215.2 lbs – down 2 lbs – total loss 14.8 lbs
3/24/2013 – 216 – Up .8 lbs – Total loss – 14lbs
3/31/2013 – 216 – Even – Total loss 14 lbs
4/7/2013 – 216.2 – Up .2 – Total loss 13.8
4/14/2013 – 216.2 – Even – Total loss 13.8
4/21/2013 – 215.2 – Down 1 lb – Total loss 14.8
4/27/2013 – 214.8 – Down .4 – Total loss 15.2
5/4/2013 – 214.6 – Down .2 – Total loss 15.4
5/11/2013 – NA – OUT OF TOWN
5/18/2013 – 216 – up 1.4 – Total loss 14lbs
5/26/2013 – 215.2 down .8 – Total loss 14.8 – I swear I will get over the 215 hump soon!!  ugh!
6/2/2013 -217.2 up 2lbs – Total loss 12.8 – I fully expect this to be back to 215 as usually next week, I seriously drank like 3 liters of water before bed trying to ready myself for my 5k Lol — so I don’t believe this for a second! haha!

SO around when I stopped updating this weight loss progression is when I got pregnant! I will be having as fit a pregnancy as I can, but weight loss is obviously probably not going to happen. After I give birth on March 20th, I will start this again so I can get back in shape!! 🙂
