Quick Tri and Weight update!

So I am heading in the right direction again. Today I weighed in at 215.2, which gets me back down below 216, hopefully I will see a bigger loss this week. πŸ™‚

Just a quick update on my Tri this morning. I will give a full report when I have a little more time. πŸ™‚

I did well! I finished in about 1 hour and 6 minutes totaling 525 yards of swimming (15 min), 8.2 miles of biking (30 min), and finished the 1.58 mile run in a little over 18 minutes. (This was an indoor tri! My first outdoor one is about 2 months away)

Felt good and strong! I am basically in love with triathlons and am super happy that I decided to learn how to swim this year! I am super excited for Tri season!
