Hi all — Just a quick update… I had a weigh in this morning and I came in at 223.6 which is a 1.4 lb loss from last week. That brings me up to a total loss so far of 6.4 lbs. 🙂 W00t!
Today I went out for a run. We planned on 3 miles and we finished those 3 but I had to take quite a few walking breaks and I was having a hard time keeping my heart rate down. I was running with the father-in-law though, he always naturally causes me to run faster. I have a few runs this coming week and I am going to plan on doing some of those alone so I can run at my own pace and try to get my heart and lungs back in shape! 🙂 Again, my legs felt good though and the Nike frees were great!
